Bolt Sense — Support

A 3D bolt-and-tray puzzle game for iPhone.

Tap a bolt, watch it fly to a tray, and match colour and head shape to clear the part above it. Work your way down through a real engine, one layer at a time. Every puzzle is built to be winnable — never unwinnable unless you pay.

Frequently asked

What do I need to run it?

An iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later. The game is portrait-only and is designed to be played one-handed.

How do I play?

Tap a bolt to remove it. It flies to a tray at the top of the screen and seats in a matching hole. A tray only accepts bolts of the colour and head shape it is calling for — tap a bolt no tray wants and it goes to the mistake rail instead, which costs you. Clear every bolt on a part and the part comes off. Clear every part and you have torn the engine down.

A bolt will not come off. Is it broken?

Probably not. A bolt that is physically pinned by a part above it cannot be removed yet — it will lift, wiggle, and settle back to tell you so. Take the part above it off first. Press and hold a part to see through it and plan ahead.

Can I lose?

Yes. The mistake rail is limited, and filling it ends the run. That is meant to be a consequence of rushing, not of bad luck — if you read the trays and pace yourself, the puzzle is always solvable.

My TestFlight build stopped working.

TestFlight builds expire 90 days after they are uploaded. If yours has expired, open TestFlight and install the newest build. If there is not one, email me and I will tell you where things stand.

Does the game collect any of my data?

It never asks for anything about you: no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no tracking. It does send crash, error and performance diagnostics to Unity, the maker of the game engine, tied to a random ID for your installation, so bugs can be found and fixed. See the privacy policy.

How do I report a bug?

Email BoltSenseDev@gmail.com. What helps most: your iPhone model, what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you can get one.
